fun days

After a long procrastination it was time to finally to get my shots for China a total of three of them. A process for me which has always been very embarrassing and this time was no different. I have a bit of a needle phobia which always leads to so much anxiety. I had to really focus on sitting there in the room to get them done, at the doctor was preparing my Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid shots I was holding the needle in my hands thinking ahh this is about to go into my arm. After such a big build up of anxiety I went into a weird kind of shock turning very white and all the blood in my body felt it was pounding so I had to lie down on the paper placed over the lying down chair. The doctor grabbed my ankles and held my legs up until I was less pale. It was quite embarrassing. Though as I am quite small and got so many immunisations at once left me feeling pretty sick today and have a bit of a headache and sore liver. Ahh well at least its worth it as its so much easier than getting it.
